How to fall asleep in under 1 minute? Here is the magic trick!

A doctor called Andrew Weil may have the right solution for your countless sleepless nights! Apparently, he can help you fall asleep in under 1 minute! What inspired Dr. Weil is yoga and its breathing practices. He managed to produce “The 4-7-8 Breathing Exercise”. According to Dr. Weil, this exercise is very simple and can be completed anywhere. You don’t need any equipment and it won’t take you long.

Here is how to fall asleep in under one minute:

1) Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.

2) Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four.

3) Hold your breath for a count of seven.

4) Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of eight.

5) This is one breath. Now inhale again and repeat the cycle three more times for a total of four breaths.

This breathing exercise should lower your heart pulse and calm your mind. You should focus on keeping the ratio correct and inhaling/exhaling deeply every time. It may sound easy, but still, try it first before you say anything!
