DRINK THIS JUICE TO LOSE WEIGHT EFFICIENTLY, REGULATE THE THYROID GLAND FUNCTION, AND FIGHT OFF INFLAMMATIONS! RECIPE

Joy Sandra - 3:00 AM

Hypothyroidism is a dangerous disease which usually manifests through weight gain or weight loss. Supplying the thyroid with nutrients is crucial for its proper functioning and the most natural way to fight against this disease is the juice mentioned in this article.

Namely, the thyroid gland hormones regulate a lot of body processes like the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats, body temperature, brain development, menstrual cycle, nervous system, breathing, etc.

When a person suffers from hypothyroidism, the thyroid gland doesn’t produce sufficient amounts of this hormone, whereas, during hyperthyroidism, the case is opposite. The most common symptoms of hypothyroidism are dry skin, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, weight gain, etc. whereas the symptoms of hyperthyroidism are diarrhea, high blood pressure, and weight loss.

If you happen to have some of the abovementioned conditions, this recipe is an excellent way to improve the function of your thyroid gland:

Needed:

  • 7 cups of filtrated water
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice
  • ¾ spoons of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ spoon of nutmeg
  • ¼ spoon of ginger powder
  • ½ spoon of cinnamon powder

Preparation:

First, boil the water, and then add the spices and the cranberry juice. Cook the content for 20 minutes and then remove it from the heat. Leave it to cool down and then add the lemon and orange juice.

You need to consume the juice during the day.

Cranberries are rich in iodine which is crucial for the production of thyroid gland hormones. Lemon and orange juices are excellent sources of vitamin C and antioxidants that encourage the function of the thyroid gland. Ginger is rich in magnesium which controls the thyroid gland function. Cinnamon decreases the chances of hypothyroidism by lowering inflammation.
