Joy Sandra - 3:00 AM

The accumulation of food waste in the internal and external surfaces of the teeth is called the plaque. This is a type of oral disease that can cause bad breath and may also develop other conditions such as the same condition sarro-, which develops when these food residues harden and calcined in the teeth which causes bleeding and halitosis.

There is no definitive solution to prevent the development of plaque on the teeth, but you can perform numerous home procedures to reduce the accumulation of these residues in the mouth and prevent this disease from progressing.

These plates are dark yellow in people who smoke which is because of the accumulation of nicotine in their teeth. The same problem appears in people who are used to drinking coffee and chewing snuff. Plaque is the beginning of a major problem known as tooth decay or even tooth loss.

Everyone should visit their dentist for a procedure known as deep prophylaxis every 6 months. This procedure is not expensive. Here is our amazing remedy which removes plaque without having to go to the dentist!

Our oral hygiene is very important. It is actually our letter to smile and talk. The accumulation of tartar and plaque is the one that causes bad breath. Damaged teeth are usually black and / or yellow and look very bad.

It is very essential to maintain a good dental hygiene daily:

We should brush our teeth after every meal, for at least two minutes.

We should use ecological and natural toothpastes, because the conventional toothpastes contain substances that are too aggressive for our oral pH.

Use thread or dental floss every night before going to bed to remove food debris between your teeth.
We can also use a mouthwash. If we want a natural one, we can do it using thyme and mint infusion or dilute some sea water with two parts of average natural water.

We should visit the dentist for a dental cleaning, but it shouldn’t be done too often because it could damage our enamel.
