Since ancient times ginger is used to warm the body in case of cold or flu. The ginger is still used as an effective tool against thrombosis, rheumatism, sciatica, arthritis and similar conditions and its efficiency is very good.
Ginger can be used in two ways:
The first way of using ginger is by making ginger water. Take 1/2 tablespoon of ground ginger and place it in 150ml of warm water. Leave it to cool and drink it twice a day over a month.
If you want to use the ginger as coating, then we recommend to do coating which is great for rheumatism and arthritis.
Grind 30-40 grams of dry ginger or 100 to 140 grams fresh ginger and leave it into canvas bag. Place the bag in a bowl with water and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. When you will use the coating of ginger water, the water should be warm. Soak one cotton cloth in the water, drain the excess water and place it on the sore spot. Wrap the coating with dry cloth to keep the coating warm. Replace the coating from ginger water on every 5 minutes and do this at least 3 times. You can use the same ginger water for massaging the painful places in order to improve circulation.
