There are many methods for cleansing and full body detoxification but none of them is efficient as the brown rice detoxification method.

Take as many spoons of brown rice as you have years, wash it and put it in a glass jar. Fill the jar with warm water, close the lid and leave it in the fridge overnight. Strain the water the next morning, take 1 tbsp. of the brown rice and boil it for 3-4 minutes in plain water without adding salt. Eat the rice on an empty stomach.
