There are various proven methods for cleansing of the body. But this one is proved to be the most effective and for it you only need just one ingredient.
Take plain rice, the spoons should be same amount as your age (for example, if you have 35 years, take 35 tablespoons). Rinse it well and pour them into glass jar. Fill the bottle with boiled water, close it and leave it in the refrigerator.
In the morning remove the whole water from it. Take 1 tablespoon full of rice and cook it for 3-4 minutes without salt (in another, ordinary water). Eat it on empty stomach, preferably up to 7:30 in the morning.
Pour boiled cooled water to the remaining rice and place it in the refrigerator until the next morning. Repeat this procedure for cleansing every day while there is rice in the jar.
The secret method is hidden in the grain of rice, which has a crystalline structure. When the grain is watered, the starch cannot be leached and cells are appearing.
The rice is digested in the intestines, not in the stomach and the grains act as absorbers. With this method you will purify the intestines, the blood vessels, joints and other parts of the body from toxins, heavy metals and other harmful substances.
After this treatment you will not feel only healthier, you will feel younger also. After taking the rice in the morning it is desirable not to eat or drink anything for at least 3 hours.
After this cleansing of the body the back pain, neck pain and joint pain will disappear.
After 2 weeks the real cleansing is starting. And you will indeed notice it. The toxins will erupt in the urine and the stool. The color of your urine will change and will become blurry.
Do not forget also to enter liquids into the body – minimum 2l daily. For best, it is recommended that you should consume water and green tea.
