Folk medicine has a wide arsenal of various means against the island swelling feet and legs, but probably the most effective of them is the parsley husk which effectively releases excess fluid from the body.
Natural diuretic for foot swelling:
To prepare the husk of the parsley to remove the swelling ,you will need fresh and green root or whole plant.
Wash and grind the parsley, to do so you can use a meat grinder or anything similar. Place the mixture into a thermos, pour 500 ml of boiling water.
Leave it overnight and in the morning just strain it.
This is the amount you need to drink, three times during the day.
Drink the husk two days in a row (for the next day prepare new mix ). Then take a break for 3 days and then again prepare and drink the husk mix for two days.
