- 150 grams of edible gelatin
- cold water
These ingredients are for one month.
Pour five grams of gelatin into one ¼ of a cup of cold water. Stir the mixture a little bit and let it rest until the morning. Don’t put it in the refrigerator, because the gelatin will turn into a jelly if you put it there even for one night.
Take this dosage every morning on an empty stomach and you’ll start noticing the beneficial effects after the first week. Drink the mixture for one month in order to have permanent results. It might not be necessary to repeat this process but you may if you want to after six months. If you don’t like the taste, you can add a little bit of honey, juice or yoghurt.
