Did you know that whenever you take a shower, your body absorb more chlorine than it would if you drank eight glasses of tap water?

Water has the power to control every process in the human body. We all know that “we are 70% water”.

The human body can survive for 90 days without food, but no more than 72 hours without water.

It is highly advisable to drink at least 30 ml of water per kilogram of body weight each day. This is the average figure under normal conditions, but the recommended amount can go up to 50 ml according to factors like climate, diet and health condition. The healthy way to start your day is by drinking 2-3 glasses of water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning to “wash down” the digestive tract and rehydrate the body after a good night’s sleep.

Coffee, tea, sodas, alcohol, soups and bubbly, carbonated water do not count when determining the necessary water intake. These fluids dehydrate the body, depleting it of its own natural reserve of water.

We keep hearing that certain types of waters are rich in mineral salts, but what kind of salts are they talking about: organic or anorganic?

Imagine you’ve just been cast away on a deserted island where nothing grows and you’re starving to death. The earth contains all the chemical elements you need, namely anorganic salts, but your body is unable to absorb them in the amounts needed to keep you alive. Whenever your blood tests reveal a problem with anemia, a lack of iron in the blood, what you need is not iron-containing objects, but foods that are rich in organic iron. People are wired differently from plants chemically speaking. Only plants possess the ability to transform anorganic compounds into organic ones.

The anorganic compounds in water damage the body, since the only natural solvents our bodies need to handle all the internal chemical processes properly are hydrogen and oxygen. Even water coming from “pure” sources like spring water contains toxic chemicals that are incompatible with the human body. It’s important to point out here that calcium carbonate (which is mentioned on the labels as simply calcium) is in fact water insoluble chalk or lime in its anorganic state.

Your system absorbs only a fraction of it and has a limited ability to excrete it, and the excess limestone builds up on the joints or begins to form kidney stones. A natural, organic source of calcium is corals, which contain 76 organic minerals and are sometimes used in powder form to purify the drinking water.

Water fluorination can increase the incidence of oral and bone cancer, accelerate tumor growth and cause genetic mutations in various chains of cells.

The chlorine added in water sources as a disinfectant causes sclerosis of the arteriosclerosis, destroys the proteins, irritates the skin, aggravates allergies and asthma, impacts the sinuses and leads to respiratory conditions. The reason why water chlorination is so dangerous is that the skin, the body’s largest organ, easily absorbs all the damaging toxins and impurities.

Research reveals that taking a ten minutes’ shower renders your body susceptible to absorbing more chlorine than if you drank eight glasses of tap water.

Apart from chlorinating agents, tap water also contains rust from the piping, sand particles, mud and all kinds of other “waste” that the water carries with it on its way to our homes. And we use this water for cooking.

The bottled still water available on the market also contains anorganic minerals, which are incompatible with the human cells, as well as toxins released by the plastic packaging.

Water facilitates the transferring of toxins from tissues and cells to the excretory system, where they are flushed out from the body through the kidneys, lymph and sweat. Water also plays a crucial role in carrying nutrients to every cell of your body.

Dr. Alexis Carrel, Nobel Prize laureate for physiology and medicine (he managed to keep a chicken heart alive for 37 years) claims that “the secret to healthy living lies in nourishing the cells properly and flushing out the toxins. If this fails for any given reason, the cells die from intoxication with their own waste”. In order for the toxins to be eliminated properly and the food to make its way inside the cells, it is vital to have an adequate amount of water inside the body.

Blood has a slightly alkaline pH value ranging from 7.34 to 7.45. If this parameter drops to the value of 7.1, the body enters into a state of coma, whereas a drop to the value of 6.9 may result in death.

We keep wondering why we get osteoporosis, diabetes, heart conditions and high blood pressure, why we are unable to fight off candidiasis, why we have cellulitis, why our immune system is weak or why we develop weight problems. Well, the answer to that is simple: it’s all because we tend to drink anything else but the right kind of water that our bodies actually need!

What we need is a “biologically active” kind of water that is compatible with the human cell and has the following characteristics: is purified, has a pH value over 7.00 and contains organic salts that can transform it into “nourishment” for our cells and a “terminator” for toxins.
