Consumers BE AWARE! This is How Pasteurized Dairy Destroys the Bones From the Inside!

Milk is considered a health promoting food, but the truth is that it is exactly the opposite. Milk is pushed on children, however this beverage promotes disease. According to a study from Sweden, which was published in The British Medical Journal, the milk of cow deteriorates the health if it is consumed for a longer period of time. This study included 61,433 women who were aged from 39 to 74 during a period of time of 20 years and 45,339 men who were of similar age during a period of 11 years. The study found out that the more milk people drank, the chance of a bone fracture or death increased.



Women had bigger chances of death or a bone fracture. Women who drank three or more glasses of milk per day had almost double chances of dying during the study compared to those who drank only one glass.

Why Does Milk Lead to Bone Fractures and Osteoporosis?

The dairy industry has been putting a lot of energy into persuading people that cheese or milk which are pasteurized dairy products increase the bio available levels of calcium. However, the pasteurization process only produces calcium carbonate, which requires a chelating agent to enter the cells. The body pulls the calcium and other tissues from the bones so that it can buffer calcium carbonate in the blood. Osteoporosis is caused by this process.

Pasteurized dairy does not contain the amount of magnesium that is necessary for calcium absorption. The preferable ration of calcium to magnesium is 2 to 1. Milk has a 10 to 1 ratio and even if you consume 1200 mg of dairy you will not be able to absorb more than a third of it.

The skeleton, which is responsible for the mechanical rigidity, holds 99 % of the calcium of the body. Due to dairy, the calcium intake is lower than usual and the skeleton is then used as a reserve. Long-term use of the calcium from the skeleton can cause osteoporosis.

New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Canada, and the USA have the highest risk of osteoporosis.

Negative alpha phosphatase test is a test for pasteurization. Once the milk has been heated to 165 degrees and the process of pasteurization is done, the phosphatase enzyme is destroyed completely. This is the enzyme which is essential for the minerals absorption, including calcium. People who drink raw milk have increased bone density since raw milk is plentiful with phosphatase enzyme.

Women are lead to believe that estrogen builds bones which are fracture resistant. The levels of estrogen are raised by certain foods including dairy that raise the estrogen levels from 60 to 70 %.

According to the National Dairy Council foods which are rich in protein, like dairy products, do not negatively impact the bone health and the calcium levels. However, this is not true and too much dietary protein increases the secretion of urinary calcium. The loss of this calcium may lead to osteoporosis and bone loss.

The more Milk You Consume, The More Inflammatory Molecules

Galactose is a product of lactose, which is the principal sugar in milk. The negative health effects that milk has are usually due to this product. The more milk people consumed, the bigger the chances of inflammatory molecules.

To add, women who consumed more yogurt and cheese had a lower chances of dying or fracturing a bone than those who consumed lower amounts of dairy products. Cheese and yogurt do not contain as much galactose and lactose as milk.

Triggers Cancer

Milk has 60 hormones and one is a potent growth hormone known as insulin which is identical in humans and cows. The circulation of IGF-1 in the blood can be influenced by the foods you eat. Foods which are high in animal proteins or calories in general increase IGF-1, and milk plays a particularly worrisome role here.

IGF-1 is the principal factor for the fast growth of colon, prostate and breast cancer and it is considered a trigger for all cancers. IGF-1 can be found in milk.

IGF-1 can promote an undesirable growth and it can accelerate aging.

Pasteurization Destroys Enzymes and Nutrients and Masks the Low-Quality Milk

People continue to drink milk because they think it is safe thanks to pasteurization. Nevertheless, heat kills some bacteria in the milk and thereby hides any traces of dirty dairy practices, pus and dirt. Keeping the cows healthy and maintaining a clean dairy is more expensive than producing dirty milk. Milk goes through the processes of filtering, clarification, two deariation treatment and bactofugation. Each and every one of these treatments need a temperature from 100 to 175 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pasteurization reduces the nutrient value of the milk and destroys the vitamin C as well. It also makes minerals like calcium unavailable. Pasteurization also destroys beneficial hormones, antibodies, proteins and milk enzymes. These enzymes aid the digestion of lactose and both the proteins and enzymes aid in the vitamin absorption.

To conclude, pasteurized milk is not recommended and it does not improve health. It does not have notable nutritional value and consuming it is much more risky than not consuming it. Try some alternatives like nut milks, coconut milk or hemp milk.
