Juice Recipes for Liver Cleanse

The liver is a tireless organ that works a lot and is trying to neutralize all harmful agents that has entered our body. The liver is one of the most hard-working organs in our body. Even though it is restless, it can be damaged easily and may start working improperly. The following juice recipe will keep your liver healthy and maintain its work.


Ingredients:
  • 500 ml of cool water that was boiled before
  • Six fresh lemons
  • Ginger Root
  • Four garlic cloves
  • Four mint leaves
  • Three tablespoons of flaxseed oil
  • Three grapefruit
  • A little cumin powder
First, strain the juice from the lemon and the grapefruit. Then, cut the ginger and the garlic in small pieces and put them in a bowl with little water -- leave them this way for a while. Next, put the lemon and the grapefruit juice in a blender; add mint, flaxseed oil and cumin. Finally, add the juices of the garlic and the ginger, stir, and the mixture and is ready to drink.
