1. Black Tea Foot Soak


This is a natural way to eliminate foot odor. This soak has lasted the test of tie although it may seem unusual. Moreover, many people who’ve tried it claim that they had a positive experience and achieved the desired effects.

Ingredients

  • 5 bags of black tea
  • 4 cups of hot water
  • A large bowl or bucket to soak your feet in


Instructions

Fill a foot basin with boiling water and add the tea. The tea should steep for 10 minutes and then let it cool down. Once a day, you should soak your feet in this mixture for 20 minutes. Dry thoroughly.

2. Bubbly Baking Soda and Citrus Soak


Lemon acts as an astringent and has a wonderful, fresh scent.

On the other hand, baking soda is a fascinating ingredient, as it is one of the most effective cleaning agents, it naturally helps control odor, kill bacteria/fungus, and softens your skin. When it comes to your feet, baking soda is a true miracle worker.

Ingredients

  • Juice of one lemon
  • ¼ cup of baking soda
  • 8 cups of warm water
  • A large bowl or bucket to soak your feet in


Instructions

Pour the baking soda in the foot basin and add cover approximately with water. Then, add the lemon juice as well and mix. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes and then dry your feet completely.

3. Sage and Rosemary and Sage Soak


Rosemary has powerful antibacterial/antifungal properties, and it is an astringent, just like sage. This means that they both help minimize the production of sweat from your feet, which means a less ideal environment for bacteria.

Sage has antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties as well.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 teaspoons of dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • A large bowl or bucket to soak your feet in


Instructions

Into the foot basin, pour the boiling water and add the herbs to it. Let it steep until it is cooled down just enough to put your feet in. Then, soak the feet for 30 minutes. Repeat this procedure once or twice every day. Afterward, dry your feet completely.

4. Simple Epsom Salt Foot Soak


Epsom salts are incredible in these cases, as they can neutralize odor, helps soothe aching feet and replenish your body’s magnesium levels.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Epsom salt
  • 8 cups of warm water
  • A large bowl or bucket to soak your feet in


Instructions

Pour 8 cups of warm water into the bowl for your feet, and dissolve ½ cup of Epsom salt in it.Soak your feet for 30 minutes 1-2 times daily. Dry your feet completely.

5. Very Vinegar Soak


Vinegar can be extremely effective in eliminating bad odor from the feet. Namely, it creates an acidic environment which is difficult for the bacteria to survive in, which kills off unpleasant smells.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 5-8 cups of warm water
  • A large bowl or bucket to soak your feet in


Instructions

Pour the water in the foot basin and add the vinegar, Mix and put your feet to soak in it for 15 minutes twice a day. Afterward, rinse with cold water. Dry completely.
