Every day cook one pound of rice and add one chopped pickle. This is the only thing consumed during the diet and can be consumed whenever you are hungry during the day. If you love garlic, besides rice and pickle, you can eat two cloves of garlic a day. To make it easier to endure the monotony of the diet, you can eat fresh vegetables salad, with olive oil, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, and very little salt.
