Healthy Soup Which Will Help You Lose Some Weight

We will present a vegetable soup which has an abundance of nutrients which your body needs. This soup will also help you melt some fat which has been deposited during winter period.

This soup’s ingredients are rich in fiber and the black pepper, which you can use as an additional spice, will improve the process of digestion and will get rid of toxins and harmful materials.

Here is the healthy, tasty and efficient soup which is also great tool for losing some weight.

Ingredients needed:

– 1 potato

– 3 carrots

– 1 celery root

– 1 clove of garlic

– 1 purple onion

– 400 grams of pasteurized tomatoes

– 400 grams of peas

– 1 bay leaf

– Little bit of salt

– Little bit of cayenne pepper

– Little bit of black pepper

– Olive oil

– Several branches of parsley

Cook the vegetables on low fire. When the vegetables are cooked enough, add the spices and the finely chopped parsley and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add some olive oil after you serve the soup.

If you want to, you can mash all ingredients and get cream-soup. You will gain the same nutrients from both kinds of soups.
