A Superfood Carrot-Ginger Juice For Healthy Skin & Eyes

Orange fruits and vegetables, like the two found in this juice, are some of the only ways to get a super dose of beta-carotene, which can help the health of your skin, eyes, heart and more. Packed with anti-inflammatory compounds and antioxidants vitamin C, vitamin A, this deliciously energizing juice is sure to boost your immunity for the new year!

Sweet Orange, Carrot + Ginger Juice


Serves 2 (makes about 24 ounces)

Ingredients
  • 4 navel oranges, peeled
  • 6 medium carrots, peeled
  • 1-inch knob fresh ginger, peeled

Preparation
Simply run all ingredients through a juicer, pour into glasses, and drink immediately!
