Apple Cider Vinegar
The use of apple cider vinegar in home remedies goes as far back as 10,000 years; possibly even further! This particular elixir is something of a blanket-elixir for overall good health. If consumed regularly, it helps prevent macular degeneration, osteoporosis, heart disease, and some other diseases. Of course, you can’t expect an elixir alone to keep you healthy. Proper diet and exercise is truly the only way to maintain long-term good health. This elixir is just the icing on the good-health cake.
You will need:
- 1/2 a cup of filtered water
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 20 drops of garlic oil
- 1/2 a teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of aloe vera
